Zusammenfassung

ORZAX in Turkey seeks an export sales specialist to drive growth in target markets within the OTC/healthcare sector. You will analyze markets, identify opportunities, and acquire new customers to boost sales. You will coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Legal, visit customers, and report to the Export Manager regularly.

Fluency in Russian and English, plus Turkish, is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in foreign trade are required; a second language is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign trade.
• Experience in OTC field, preferably in food supplements or healthcare.
• Fluent in Russian and English; Turkish is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and sales oriented.
• Able to visit customers periodically and work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Observing and analyzing the market, competitors and customers.
• Investigating target markets and establishing sales strategies according to market dynamics.
• Gaining new customers and promoting sales to increase revenue.
• Identifying new customers and channels and assessing them.
• Organizing visits to markets and customers you are responsible for.
• Setting annual sales targets and identifying country/customer demands.
• Realizing sales targets for relevant customers and dealers in the responsible countries.
• Performing sales activities in the assigned territory to meet objectives.
• Assisting in development of sales and marketing plans and strategies.
• Providing market research and regular reporting to Export Manager.
• Coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Legal to ensure service quality.
• Ensuring international financial transactions are processed successfully.
• Assuring export/import processes run smoothly.
