Job summary

Myros, a leading Antalya-based manufacturer and exporter of souvenir and gift products, invites a Foreign Trade Specialist to join our on-site team. You will manage daily communications with international customers, prepare quotations and export documents, coordinate orders from quotation to shipment, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely delivery.

Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential; a Bachelor's in a related field is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Fluent written and spoken English is required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Previous foreign trade/export or international sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Communicate with international customers daily.
Manage customer correspondence in English.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, proforma invoices, export docs.
Coordinate international orders from quotation to shipment.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order execution.
Track shipment processes and delivery schedules.
Support existing customers and help develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets.
Prepare reports and commercial documents in professional English.
Keep customer and order information up to date.
