Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a Foreign Trade Manager to lead the company’s import/export operations and develop international markets. You will collaborate with sales, production, purchasing, finance, and logistics to ensure end-to-end execution and compliance.

The role requires strong English, strategic planning, and proven team leadership. Domestic and international travel may be required as part of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in foreign trade management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export operations and customs procedures.
• Excellent English; additional languages (Arabic/French/Russian) a plus.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with international customers and suppliers on pricing, payments, and terms; manage quotations and contracts.
• Coordinate full order-to-delivery process with sales, production, purchasing, finance, and logistics teams.
• Ensure customs clearance, shipping, and trade documents comply with regulations and contracts.
• Track budgets, sales, costs, and profitability; report to management.
• Monitor payments and collections with finance; manage commercial and operational risks.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and meetings; drive improvements.
• Lead and develop the foreign trade team to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define the company’s foreign trade strategy and manage import and export operations in line with business goals
• Strengthen relationships with existing international customers and distributors, and develop new markets, customers, and partnerships
• Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in target markets to identify growth opportunities
• Lead negotiations with international customers and suppliers on pricing, payment, and delivery terms; manage quotations and contracts
• Coordinate the full order-to-delivery process with the sales, production, purchasing, finance, and logistics teams
• Ensure customs clearance, international shipping, and trade documents are completed in compliance with regulations and contract terms
• Track budgets, sales, costs, and profitability targets for foreign trade activities and report to management
• Work with the finance team to monitor payments and collections and manage commercial and operational risks
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events
• Lead and develop the foreign trade team and drive improvements that increase operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
• Management experience in foreign trade (preferably in [industry])
• Strong knowledge of import/export operations, foreign trade regulations, and customs procedures
• Advanced written and spoken English; an additional language such as Arabic, French, or Russian is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proven team management experience
• Results-oriented, analytical, and a strong problem solver
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel domestically and internationally as needed
