Randstad Türkiye is looking for a Tax Manager Assistant to join our Finance team in Istanbul and contribute to tax operations in Türkiye and international markets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, Statistics is required.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply and motivation to learn is valued.
• Candidates with relevant experience in tax-related roles are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in tax audit response is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Türkiye and international tax developments, including trends and audits.
• Identify changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the company.
• Support tax administration processes for international business activities in Türkiye.
• Prepare and support ETR and cash flow forecasts, and regular tax declarations.
