Job summary

Karadeniz Holding in Istanbul HQ seeks a Corporate Communication Assistant Manager to lead global corporate communication efforts, manage PR agencies, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across markets. The role focuses on brand visibility, media relations, and responsible communication across a multinational portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in corporate communications or marketing at a multinational, fluency in English, strong presentation skills, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications or related fields; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in corporate communications or marketing in large multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of mass, print and digital media channels.
• Experience with global projects, media relations and international agencies.
• Willingness to travel and work internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute global corporate communication policies aligned with Karadeniz Holding strategies.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international PR agencies.
• Coordinate with industry associations and stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to increase brand recognition across markets.
• Analyze market conditions to support business development globally.
• Develop and manage social responsibility and environmental initiatives.
• Maintain media relations across domestic and international press.
• Oversee external communications including PR and promotional materials.
• Lead online marketing efforts for Holding and Energy Group assets.
• Plan and execute corporate events and ceremonies.
