Job summary

Enterprise Solutions from Michael Page seeks an onboarding coordinator to build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring onboarding activities run smoothly and in line with service levels.

You will handle candidate onboarding, scheduling manager interviews, tracking progress, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to minimise delays and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Capturing successful candidate details and initiate onboarding activities
• Scheduling Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates
• Tracking candidate progress against agreed onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information
• Responding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start dates
• Working with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays
• Arranging keep in touch calls or updates with candidates to update them on the progress of onboarding
• Working with 3rd party vendors and/or internal teams who are responsible for delivering onboarding elements to ensure an efficient working relationship
• Raising requests for facilities or systems access
• Booking candidates into orientation / day 1 activities
• Sharing new joiner packs or information
• Managing contractor and temp to perm conversions
