Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program.
• Able to work at least 4 days per week.
• Interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data, metrics, and reporting.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
• Assist with onboarding processes to support smooth integration of new hires.
• Contribute to strategic people projects, supporting planning, alignment and implementation.
• Support recruitment data tracking and analysis for data-driven hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding through events, campus activities and recruitment marketing.
