Job summary

Henkel Türkiye is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead end-to-end recruitment across Henkel Türkiye and partner with hiring managers and HR partners.

You will develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent through diverse channels, and ensure a strong candidate experience while supporting internships and employer branding initiatives. The role requires 3+ years in recruitment and excellent English, with a proactive, multitasking mindset.

About this Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel Türkiye, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and help attract top talent through effective recruitment and talent attraction initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel's business units and functions.
• Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while partnering closely with HR Business Partners.
• Developing sourcing strategies and attracting top talent through diverse recruitment channels.
• Providing market insights and talent intelligence to support effective hiring decisions.
• Supporting internship recruitment and other talent acquisition projects while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Supporting Employer Branding initiatives by collaborating with universities, career platforms and external events to strengthen Henkel's employer brand.
