Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Türkiye is seeking an HR Intern to support HR processes and contribute to the employee journey. You will assist in organizing interviews, handling documents, reference checks, and visa paperwork, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HR procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn HR software.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and clear communication.
• Excellent organizational aptitude and time management.
• Experience with HR data analytics and process improvement.
• Student in 3rd or 4th year of related field.

Responsibilities

• Support HR responsibilities and HR Executive in operational processes (interviews, documents, reference checks, certificates, visa documents).
• Tackle inquiries and assist with internal and external HR requests.
• Handle HR records, maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline payroll and employee benefits.
• Coordinate HR events, meetings and interviews; assist onboarding/orientation.
