Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Contracts & Budgets Associate, Site Contract Management, to develop and negotiate study budgets and draft a variety of clinical agreements. You will work with the Clinical Operations team to ensure timelines are met and contracts are properly tracked.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in contract management, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in contract management, preferably in a clinical/research setting.
• 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical agreements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on protocol requirements.
• Review, draft and negotiate confidentiality, master confidentiality, clinical study and amendment agreements.
• Escalate contractual issues with stakeholders and ensure adherence to standards.
• Update study teams on contract status and coordinate execution of agreements.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
