Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contracts & Budgets Associate in Site Contract Management to develop and negotiate study budgets and to draft, review and track a range of agreements including confidentiality and clinical study agreements. You will work with the Clinical Operations team to ensure timelines are met.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 1 year of related contract experience, strong organizational/communication skills and MS Office proficiency; post-graduate qualification

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical agreements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Post-graduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
• Review, draft and negotiate confidentiality, master confidentiality and clinical study agreements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and track negotiations.
• Ensure adherence to contracting standards and update the study team on status.
• Coordinate execution of agreements and maintain contract files/databases.
