Job summary

Hayat is seeking an experienced SAP PP professional to own end-to-end production planning processes, including PM/QM scopes and third-party integrations, with responsibility from feasibility to post-implementation support.

You will collaborate with global SAP leads and local teams to balance global templates with local needs, lead change projects via JIRA, and explore low-code, RPA, AI, and LLM-driven improvements. Weekly site visits to İzmit and Gebze are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP.
End-to-end knowledge of production planning: MRP, BOM, Routing, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and Confirmations.
Experience in SAP PM or SAP QM modules.
Experience with integrations across SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, etc.
Experience coordinating with MES, LIMS, PLM, maintenance, quality, automation, and other third-party systems.
Strong ability to position operational reporting within SAP and analytical reporting in BI.
Solution-oriented mindset; contribute to low-code, RPA, AI, and LLM-based digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in multi-site or international environments with global templates and local deviations.
Ability to manage projects and changes end-to-end; familiarity with ITIL processes and JIRA.
Experience supporting Level-2 operations and coordinating with AMS teams.
Strong risk management, documentation, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven reporting.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; willingness to site-visit.

Responsibilities

Own and manage SAP PP processes and related PM/QM processes and third-party systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements from feasibility to go-live and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with SAP Module Executives to ensure alignment with MM, SD, FI, CO, EWM, PM, and QM processes.
Develop solutions aligned with global templates while managing local deviations.
Lead projects and major change requests and track via JIRA per ITIL principles.
Monitor risks and budgets and report deviations with improvement actions.
Identify opportunities for low-code, RPA, AI, and LLM solutions within SAP PP, PM, QM; collaborate with tech teams to implement them.
Guide AMS teams handling daily support and provide mentoring when required.
Conduct weekly visits to İzmit and Gebze; deliver user training and process documentation.
