Job summary

MINDPICKED is seeking a Production Planning Engineer for a leading global pump technology company. Based in Tuzla on the Asian side of Istanbul, you will develop assembly and production processes for pump systems and drive efficiency through continuous improvements.

You will analyze materials, create BOMs, manage SAP-based production data, and collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams. Strong mechanical background and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduated from universities, preferably from the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production, or mechanical assembly.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Preferably, Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs.
• Experience in production planning and BOM (Bill of Materials) creation is required.
• Knowledge of SAP PP is an advantage.
• Experienced in reading and preparing technical projects.
• Experience in product localization or new product commissioning processes is preferred.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement projects.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul, preferably in or around Tuzla.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and excellent communication skills.
