Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Project Procurement Engineer to manage supplier relationships and lead procurement for engineering projects in a multinational setting. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, strong communication, and ethical procurement practices.

You will develop outsourcing strategies, conduct bidding, manage contracts, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement for diverse engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Computer Engineering. MBA is a plus.
• Experience in Purchasing Processes and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Telecom background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with quantitative methods.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to adapt to a multinational environment with cultural empathy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong appreciation for business ethics as a core value.

Responsibilities

• Develop outsourcing strategies for materials and services in engineering projects.
• Conduct bidding processes and negotiate with potential suppliers.
• Prepare and manage supply contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct category-based portfolio management.
• Manage the Purchase Order to Payment process for suppliers.
• Maintain regular communication with supplier owners to resolve issues and ensure long-term relationships.
• Build strong communication with internal stakeholders, anticipate demands, propose solutions, and evolve problems timely.
• Identify and qualify new potential suppliers.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier capabilities to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
