Lead Forecasting Performance: Own the forecasting and sales performance tracking processes from A to Z, providing critical projections to support both strategic and operational decisions.
Champion Launch Excellence: Partner with local teams and regional (Global/Region) stakeholders to prepare for, execute, and track the performance of exciting new product and indication launches.
Bridge Local Regional Initiatives: Adapt global and regional analytical frameworks to local business needs, ensuring high-impact tool adoption (including driving key local Power BI/data projects).

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. You know how to build strong relationships, secure your seat at the table with business leaders, and present complex analyses to upper management.
Technical Savvy: Solid experience in sales forecasting, data analytics, performance tracking, and insight generation. (Familiarity with Power BI/IQVIA is a big plus).
Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as you will be collaborating closely with regional teams.
