Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing excellence or related roles in pharma
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured mindset
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and gaps
• Support portfolio optimization, pricing and promotion through data analysis
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales dashboards, KPIs, and insights
• Coordinate sales forecasting with stakeholders and monitor accuracy
• Support go-to-market strategies, launches, and commercial initiatives
• Drive standardization and process excellence across markets
• Monitor sales force effectiveness and execution quality via segmentation and forecasting
• Contribute to marketing planning with an insight-driven approach
• Prepare insights, presentations, and recommendations for management reviews
• Analyze IQVIA data to monitor market share and trends
• Drive launch excellence with pre-launch and post-launch tracking
• Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of marketing and sales activities
• Support omnichannel strategy and customer engagement optimization
