Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to own complex delivery outcomes across one or more channel propositions. You will translate strategic, client and regulatory needs into scalable solutions and lead alignment across business and technology teams.

You will work from ING Hubs Türkiye in Istanbul, contributing to global delivery, with strong emphasis on digital banking, payments and regulatory compliance. Excellent English and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of thinking and working, with relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product delivery, business analysis, customer journey management, digital banking, payments or financial services.
• Proven ability to work independently, advise stakeholders and guide colleagues through complex analysis, prioritisation, design and delivery decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own complex delivery outcomes across one or more channel propositions from discovery to adoption and performance improvement.
• Translate priorities into business and functional requirements, epics, features and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-team refinements, evaluate feasibility, risks and trade-offs, and ensure alignment with business and technology.
