Job summary

Spine Entertainment seeks a Marketing Executive to support and develop marketing activities across Africa, Europe and Asia. This role offers travel opportunities, working closely with international teams and contributing to brand growth across multiple markets.

You will monitor campaigns, analyze field reports, track KPIs, manage sponsorships and activations, and prepare strategic recommendations for management. Advanced English is required; French is a strong asset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing or field marketing.
Experience in sponsorship activations, field activations and promotional campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
French proficiency is a strong asset.
Experience across multiple countries or regions preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support marketing operations across multiple countries.
Analyze field reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track and evaluate field KPIs and marketing performance metrics.
Drive the implementation of successful marketing initiatives across different markets.
Manage and monitor sponsorship, promotional and marketing activation programs.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
Collaborate with local teams to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
