Job summary

Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA is seeking an Operations Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations and drive efficiency across inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience processes. You will lead related teams and coordinate capacity transfers with customers in regular meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in warehouse operations, preferably in textile e-commerce, plus strong English skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations processes, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience managing Return, Product Care and Customer Experience, preferably in textile e-commerce.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Field force management experience.
• Very good MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience processes.
• Track and realize capacity targets.
• Lead and develop inbound/outbound/return/product care and customer experience teams.
• Coordinate transfer of production capacities with customers in daily/weekly meetings.
• Monitor production budget and productivity targets.
• Track income and expenditure balances of assigned projects.
