Job summary

Arvato Logistics, a leading international service provider for supply chain management and e-commerce, seeks a seasoned logistics professional to lead inbound/outbound planning and team development in the Tuzla region. Responsibilities include capacity tracking, budget planning, and close collaboration with customers to optimize production and distribution.

Qualifications

• Min.5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in e-commerce.
• Engineering degree preferred for related roles.
• Advanced English both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound and outbound processes.
• Track and realize capacity targets.
• Manage and develop inbound and outbound teams.
• Track production capacity transfers with customers in daily/weekly meetings.
• Plan and monitor production budgets.
• Track and realize productivity targets.
• Monitor income and expenditure balances of responsible projects.

Your Profile

• Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities (Preferably from Engineering departments)
• Min.5 years of experience in the logistics processes; preferably in e-commerce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experienced in field force management
• Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications.
• Customer and solution-oriented,
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul-Kocaeli
