Job summary

Arvato, a Bertelsmann subsidiary, is seeking an Operations Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations and drive efficiency across inbound, outbound, returns, and customer experience processes.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations, strong English skills, and experience in textile e-commerce. You will manage diverse teams and coordinate with customers to optimize capacity and budgets.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in related departments.
• Min. 5 years of experience in warehouse operations processes; preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience managing Return, Product Care and Customer Experience in textile e-commerce advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English both written & verbal.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in field force management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience processes.
• Track and realize capacity targets.
• Manage and develop inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience teams.
• Oversee transfer of production capacities with customers in daily/weekly meetings.
• Plan and monitor production budgets.
• Track and realize productivity targets.
• Monitor income and expenditure balances for assigned projects.
