Job summary

Hayat is seeking a Global Logistics & Customer Services Director to join the Supply Chain team at the İstanbul HQ. Lead multi-country logistics operations, standardize processes, and drive digital transformation across SAP, TMS, and WMS. A senior leader with 15+ years in FMCG logistics is required.

The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and offers a competitive benefits package. Excellent English communication is essential for global coordination at Hayat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Master’s degree is highly preferred to lead global teams.
• Minimum 15 years in Customer Service, Logistics and end-to-end supply chain management in multinational FMCG.
• At least 8 years of leadership of large, dispersed logistics entities globally.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Logistics & Customer Services strategy aligned with long-term supply chain vision.
• Lead customer service, transportation, warehousing, and distribution across countries.
• Own global service performance with targets and continuous improvement.
• Design governance, KPIs, reporting, and best practices across business units.
• Drive end-to-end logistics optimization to reduce costs while improving service.
• Oversee global logistics strategies including 3PL/4PL partnerships.
• Establish scalable operating models for new markets and acquisitions.
• Lead SAP, TMS, WMS, and analytics-driven digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and executive reporting; implement corrective actions.
• Mitigate operational risks; ensure regulatory compliance and supply resilience.
• Support strategic investments through feasibility studies and business cases.
• Build and develop high-performing regional Logistics & Customer Services teams.
