Job summary

Sailglobal is hiring for a high-impact Global Support Hub role in Istanbul. You will resolve complex hybrid cloud incidents, influence product strategy with R&D, and design HA/DR solutions for Fortune 500 clients across EMEA and beyond.

We seek 3–5+ years in Cloud/DevOps, Linux/Windows networking, and IaC with Docker/Kubernetes. Strong English is required; Turkish is highly preferred for local collaboration and additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (IaaS/PaaS), DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
Deep expertise in Linux/Windows kernel tuning and advanced networking (VPC, BGP, Load Balancing, SD-WAN).
Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Ability to lead high-stakes technical bridges and explain issues to client CTOs and engineering directors during outages.

Responsibilities

Act as final escalation authority for complex hybrid cloud architectures and lead troubleshooting of P0/P1 incidents.
Influence global product roadmap by identifying systemic platform flaws and providing deep-dive technical insights to R&D teams.
Conduct comprehensive technical audits for Key Accounts and design HA/DR strategies to prevent disruptions.
Apply an SRE mindset to automate repetitive tasks and build internal tooling to improve global team efficiency.
