Job summary

CoreX Holding, a diversified international group with operational HQ in Istanbul, is seeking a Financial Controlling Assistant Manager based in Dilovası, Kocaeli. You will oversee IT-related financial control across the Group, ensure accurate closing, perform variance analyses, and collaborate with IFRS, Tax, and accounting teams to drive cost control and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in financial control, financial audit, external audit, accounting, or related area.
• Big Four or international audit experience preferred.
• CPA/SMMM qualification or ongoing CPA/SMMM certification process is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with international subsidiaries and travel when required.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility for team coordination, people development, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial activities of the IT department across the Group, ensuring control and coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee accuracy of financial statements of CoreX Holding’s domestic and international subsidiaries and ensure timely close.
• Analyze period-over-period variances and budget-to-actual deviations; investigate significant discrepancies.
• Monitor IT-related financial processes; allocate IT invoices and expenses to correct cost centers and subsidiaries.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support management decisions on IT financials.
• Collaborate with IFRS, Tax, Accounting, and other Finance teams for cross-functional control.
• Contribute to internal control improvements and process simplifications.
• Support onboarding, development, and coaching of team members.
