Human Kapital in Istanbul seeks an Import Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end import processes, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timeliness and full regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in import operations, experience with SAP MM, strong English, and a track record coordinating suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to resolve delays and optimize costs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import, customs, and foreign trade processes.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office applications; strong command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import operations from order placement through final delivery.
• Coordinate shipment, customs clearance, bonded warehouse, and delivery processes.
• Follow up on import documentation and related operational requirements.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
• Manage SAP MM transactions and monitor delays; implement timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time completion of imports.
