Job summary

KeyPartners seeks an Import, Export & Key Account’s Responsible to drive end-to-end international trade and key account management in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The role encompasses A to Z import/export sales operations, aligning the product portfolio with production and warehousing stocks, while handling international purchasing, shipments, and collections.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of import and Key Account experience, excellent English skills, and advanced MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• 5-10 years of import and Key Account experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates import, export and Key Account’s activities in line with internal and global company targets and yearly plans.
• Find out new and potential markets/projects in other regions and strongly contribute in the growth strategy.
• Meeting sales targets in relevant markets.
• Follow up of product portfolio and follow up of material, production and warehouse stocks.
• Responsible for international material purchasing operations.
• Responsible for international client shipment and collections.
• Negotiate all contracts with potential customers.
• Help determine pricing plans for offers, promotions and negotiations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Prepare sales presentations to potential customers.
• Obtain a balance of deposits and payments from customers.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Guiding customers about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Visit regularly customers to maintain relationship, assess needs or promote products and services.
• Participate in domestic and international fairs.
• Follow national and international insights, publications and reports about the sector
