Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive roles in large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decisions.
• Proven track record in driving HR strategy, organizational transformation, and governance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and administrative functions for 5,000+ employees across global locations.
• Develop long-term HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives and expansion plans.
• Oversee senior-level recruitment, succession planning, and talent management.
• Establish governance, compensation, benefits, and leadership development frameworks.
• Drive HR analytics, budgeting, and cost-control across HR and admin.
• Lead digitalization initiatives to streamline HR workflows.
