What You’ll Do

Ensure smooth execution of below HR processes such as:

• Labor Law Compliance
• Union and Collective Bargaining Support (where applicable)
• Employee Relations
• Legal and Compliance Monitoring
• Archiving and Records Management
• Legal HR Support
• On boarding and Off boarding Processes
• Employee Documentation Administration
• Data Entry and System Updates
• Health Insurance and Benefits Records
• Process Improvement and Initiative
• Lead and support activities in Talent Acquisition, Growth & Performance Management, Culture & Well‑being and Corporate Communications.
• Design and coordinate Learning & Development programs aligned with company strategy; assess needs, track effectiveness and close competency gaps.
• Support CSR and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and motivation.
• Collaborate with corporate communications on internal and social media content.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Track and analyze HR metrics, including training results and engagement surveys. Develop and execute action plans

What You’ll Bring
