Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a Global Graduate in Operations for its Samsun Factory in Türkiye. This 18-month program develops you across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams, with real responsibilities from day one and structured trainings to build commercial acumen, leadership, and operational knowledge.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, up to 2 years of relevant work/internship experience, and strong English skills.

Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the manufacturing/supply chain/qualityteams work together to achieve outstanding business results.
