British American Tobacco Türkiye is offering an Internship in Operations in Samsun. This program targets engineering students who want to develop an operational career and gain firsthand experience in a global company.

You will select a function aligned with your strengths and deliverables will be clearly defined throughout the internship. You will engage in cross functional Lean Manufacturing projects, lead your own project and present to senior leaders, and support the team with process

Qualificações

• Three years of university study in an engineering field.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participate in cross functional projects supporting Lean Manufacturing systems
• Lead your own individual project and present to our senior leaders
• Assist your team and your stakeholders throughout process improvement needs

What are we looking for?

• Students completed 3 years in university (from engineering departments)
• Able to work 3 days (at least) to 5 days per week
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good level of MS Office Applications
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
• Strong communication skills & team working capabilities
• Passion for learning, analytical thinking and loves solving problems
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and agile
• Sustainability awareness, and eager to participate, create, work in projects to contribute better tomorrow agenda
