Job summary

Lindström invites applications for a Financial Accountant to join the Asia & Türkiye Region Finance Team. You will partner with local management and regional teams to deliver accurate financial reporting.

The role requires 3-5 years in accounting, strong Turkish tax knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will support month-end close and drive process improvements within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations or financial reporting.
Good understanding of accounting principles, invoicing processes and Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK).
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with ERP and financial systems.

Responsibilities

Managing Invoice-to-Pay processes and vendor payments; act as key Rillion user.
Follow up invoice approvals and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Support month-end, tertial and year-end closing activities with centralized finance.
Perform vendor, expense, credit card and AR/AP reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting, legal and tax requirements and maintain documentation.
Participate in finance development projects and process improvements.
