Job summary

WIKA Group in Turkey seeks a Finance Manager to lead the FI/CO team, develop direct reports, strengthen internal financial control reporting, budgeting and planning, transfer pricing and product costing, and risk analysis.

You will prepare, analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local and HQ analysis, manage cash and treasury, control expenses and payroll, and produce profit and loss, monthly closings and cost accounting reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting and reporting with leadership.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Advanced knowledge of statutory GAAP (German GAAP a plus).
• Strong business acumen with analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
• D365 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading FI/CO team, develop and give support to the direct reports to increase their performance.
• Responsible for internal financial control reporting, preparation of financial statements, budget & planning, transfer price and product costing, risk analysis.
• Prepare, analyze and review budget and expenditures for local and HQ analysis.
• Cash & treasury management.
• Control all expenses, payroll entries and other accounting documents.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Analyze and control inventory and depreciation.
• Maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve any possible accounting discrepancies if necessary.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to account such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
• Interact with external & internal auditors for annual audits.
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
