Job summary

Tozed KangWei in Istanbul seeks an experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on pre-sales technical leadership, advanced bidding support, rigorous device testing, and strong post-sales customer success within Turkish telecom markets.

You will collaborate with R&D, sales, and international teams to ensure interoperability and carrier-grade performance of 4G/5G CPEs and IoT devices, driving successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in ICT, telecom, or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G wireless, CPE devices, and industrial routers.
• Experience in pre-sales support, RFP/RFQ bidding, and network testing.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Legal eligibility to work on-site in Istanbul, Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical presentations, architectures, and client demos for 4G/5G CPEs and IoT terminals.
• Provide expert bidding support, including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate local mobile network testing, field trials, and interoperability validation with R&D.
• Perform wireless performance analysis, troubleshooting, and post-sales support for deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and international engineering for seamless deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive technical docs, test reports, and customer interaction logs.
