Job summary

HGLaser Engineering Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced after-sales engineer to oversee daily post-sale support for equipment deployed across the EU, and to develop and deliver technical training for channel partners, overseas after-sales teams, and end-users.

You will manage spare parts inventory and demonstrate units, collect regional feedback, and collaborate with the technical and after-sales teams to resolve recurring issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; preferred majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.
• Background in electrical or laser technology is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new technical environments.
