Job summary

ASD Laminat in Istanbul is seeking an Export Sales Assistant Specialist to support our international growth. You will initiate contact with new B2B customers, present our product portfolio, and help build a qualified pipeline.

You will research target markets, engage with clients in English and French, and collaborate with the sales team to move opportunities through the quoting and negotiation stages. This role requires curiosity, organization, and proactive communication to deliver consistent

Qualifications

Very strong command of English and French.
Confident in communicating with international B2B clients, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Curious, with a genuine interest in researching markets and identifying opportunities.
Able to build and maintain communication with consistency and attention to detail.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.

Responsibilities

Market research to identify potential B2B customers in target regions.
Initiate contact through phone, email, and other communications methods, establishing the first connection with prospective business partners.
Present ASD Laminat's product portfolio in line with client needs and project requirements.
Understand customer expectations and translate them into relevant product positioning.
Maintain structured follow-ups to keep opportunities active and progressing.
Qualify leads and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team for quotation and negotiation stages.
