Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey is seeking an Export Manager to lead the company's export sales and operations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the entire export process.

You will manage relationships with international customers, oversee quotations, pricing, order processing and shipment coordination, and guide the export team to optimize logistics, documentation, and post-sales support across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in export sales and operations.
• Experience in the automotive spare parts, tractor spare parts, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, or related aftermarket industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, order management, logistics, and international trade processes.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and leading export operations.
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Experience working in an international or multinational organization is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's export sales and operational activities, ensuring the smooth execution of the entire export process
• Manage relationships with existing international customers while overseeing quotations, pricing, order processing, and shipment coordination
• Coordinate export operations by working closely with internal departments and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational reports, providing regular updates and recommendations to management
• Lead the export team, oversee daily workflow, and ensure efficient coordination of customer requests, logistics, and after-sales processes
