Job summary

Pfizer Turkey is hiring a Data Operations Specialist to deliver data validation, reporting, and analytics for commercial operations. The role supports CFC incentives and marketing tools, with a focus on data quality, self-service configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of service delivery experience, strong IT literacy, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
Strong service mindset with customer focus.
Excellent IT literacy and technology savvy.
Experience in commercial system administration.
Knowledge of CRM & commercial tools such as Salesforce.com, Veeva Vault, etc.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, parameters).
Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery.
Background in pharmaceutical market is preferable but not required.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets within scope.
Provide reporting and analytics to commercial operations colleagues.
Extract data from multiple databases.
Calculate, validate, and report CFC incentives monthly.
Manage and administer in-scope CFC & marketing applications (e.g., SFA, promotional materials).
Enable self-service configuration of CFC-related applications.
Propose solutions for problems and issues faced by the team.
Prioritize requests and manage workload per plan.
Follow SLA and guidelines and deliver high-quality activities within scope.
Suggest process improvements and build SME knowledge in data processes.
