Job summary

Pfizer Turkey is hiring a Data Operations Specialist to deliver data validation, reporting, and analytics for commercial operations. The role supports CFC incentives and marketing tools, with a focus on data quality, self-service configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of service delivery experience, strong IT literacy, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial system administration.
• Knowledge of CRM & commercial tools such as Salesforce.com, Veeva Vault, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, parameters).
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery.
• Background in pharmaceutical market is preferable but not required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets within scope.
• Provide reporting and analytics to commercial operations colleagues.
• Extract data from multiple databases.
• Calculate, validate, and report CFC incentives monthly.
• Manage and administer in-scope CFC & marketing applications (e.g., SFA, promotional materials).
• Enable self-service configuration of CFC-related applications.
• Propose solutions for problems and issues faced by the team.
• Prioritize requests and manage workload per plan.
• Follow SLA and guidelines and deliver high-quality activities within scope.
• Suggest process improvements and build SME knowledge in data processes.

We will hire Data Operations Specialists who will be accountable for the delivery of all services in scope of the Global Operations Services Center. We support commercial, marketing and medical back-office activities such as incentive calculation, sales & activity reporting, e-permissions operations, Customer Facing Colleague (CFC) related effectiveness services, tools & application day to day administration and working with peers across the team.

We are looking for:

• Preferably 1 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
• Service oriented/Customer service mindset
• Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy)
• Experience in commercial system administration
• Preferable knowledge in CRM & commercial tools based on Salesforce.com, such as PforcRX, Veeva Vault, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas, parameters)
• Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery
• Background in pharmaceutical market preferable though not essential
• Self-motivated
• High level of independent and service oriented working attitude
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope

• Deliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations and reporting of CFC incentives
• Manage and administer in scope CFC & marketing related applications e.g. SFA, promotional materials
• Deliver self-service technical configuration of CFC related applications
• Propose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced
• Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan
• Follow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team
• Deliver high quality for any activities in scope
• Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope
• Develop subject matter expertise for one or more data process in scope
