Clemta is seeking a motivated Customer Care Intern for a long-term internship to support customers by answering questions, providing helpful information, and ensuring a great experience with us. You will join a multinational Customer Care team serving international customers, where teamwork and eagerness to learn are essential.

As part of the role, you will respond to customer questions via email, live chat, and other channels, help navigate services, process orders, and keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish at C1 level or higher.
• Strong written communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.
• Available for a long-term internship of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests via email, live chat, and our support channels.
• Help customers navigate our services and guide them to the right solutions.
• Assist the team in processing customer orders and tracking them through our operational workflows.
• Follow up with customers to make sure their requests are fully resolved.
• Keep customer records and support tickets accurate and up to date.
• Share recurring customer questions and feedback with our Product and Operations teams.
• Help improve our help center content, response templates, and internal processes.
