Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Customer Credit Controller to manage receivables, monitor collections and assess credit risk across key international clients. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and banking partners to safeguard financial health and ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar credit/receivables role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Excel proficiency; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer receivables and monitoring collection processes.
• Assessing credit risks and ensuring effective credit control execution.
• Collaborating with customers, Sales, Finance, banks and international teams.
• Covering major accounts, reconciling balances and following up on settlements.
• Producing aging reports and providing forecasting input for cash flow.
