Job summary

DFDS A/S is seeking a Regional Finance Director to oversee financial controlling, credit management and local accounting across the region. You will work with global and local finance teams to ensure robust governance, consistent processes, and effective financial management.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of finance operations across multiple countries. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in finance, controlling, accounting, or related field.
• Proven leadership in a multinational or regional finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial controlling, credit management and local accounting across the region.
• Oversee regional reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and group requirements.
• Identify financial risks, control gaps and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Drive digitalization and standardization of finance processes across the region.
