Job summary

Aydınlı Group, a leading Turkish fashion retailer, invites an experienced Corporate PR & Events Manager to join the Brand & Communications team. You will steer corporate PR, media relations, and high-profile events, while coordinating with the CEO Office and brand teams to safeguard and elevate the company’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Brand PR, Events or leading PR/communications agency.
• Proven experience in corporate reputation management, media relations and executive communications.
• Strong experience in planning and executing corporate and brand events, launches, press events and partnerships.
• Strong media network with ability to manage stakeholders and relationships at senior levels.
• Crisis and issues communication experience in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
• Experience in managing PR and event agencies, budgets and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate PR and Reputation Management strategies to strengthen corporate reputation and engagement.
• Manage media relations, corporate storytelling and channels including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Lead CEO Office PR activities, including executive interviews and speaking opportunities.
• Develop crisis and issues communication processes with timely and coordinated responses.
• Lead PR strategy and execution for the brands in close collaboration with Brand Teams.
• Build relationships with media, journalists, editors, and external partners for quality coverage.
• Plan and execute corporate and brand events, product launches, press events, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery of all PR and event activities.
• Manage PR and event agencies, including selection, briefing, performance management and evaluation.
• Oversee PR and event budgets, negotiations and contracts for efficient use of resources.
• Monitor PR performance with KPIs like Share of Voice and budget efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams, Creative Studio, HR, CEO Office to ensure integrated communication.
