Job summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze requirements from business units and international operations and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Manage and follow up on mobile application and enterprise system developments throughout the full lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing and production release.
• Prepare and maintain User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, process flows, and other analysis documentation.
• Analyze REST/SOAP API integrations and perform API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar platforms.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL queries.
• Actively participate in UAT, functional testing, and integration testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Analyze user journeys, system behaviors, and functional requirements across iOS, Android, Web, and WebView platforms.
• Evaluate country-specific business processes and system requirements for international operations and coordinate with relevant technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support and follow mobile application release processes and related platforms, including App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Firebase.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, requirement clarification, and alignment throughout project delivery.
• Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and processes, supporting collaboration across business, product, development, and other technical teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in business and system analysis, including translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Hands‑on experience in preparing analysis documentation such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Specifications, and process documentation.
• Good understanding of mobile applications, digital platforms, and related system architectures.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Ability to use SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of UAT, functional testing, and integration testing processes.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end application development and release lifecycles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams and manage multiple requirements and priorities effectively.
• Experience in projects involving e‑commerce, mobile applications, international operations, or multiple system integrations is considered a plus.
