Job summary

Coral Travel Group, headquartered in Türkiye, seeks a Corporate Communications Director to lead the group's global communications strategy from the Holding headquarters. You will directly advise the Board and steer media relations, crisis communications, and investor communications across 37 companies in 21 countries.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to craft speeches, press releases, and digital content while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; preferably a master’s degree or MBA.
• At least 15 years of experience in corporate communications and strong leadership track record.
• Experience in international, multi-company or multi-brand organisations.
• Experience communicating with investors, media, regulators during IPO/capital markets.
• Strong media relations, reputation, crisis, executive communications, digital content, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Coral Travel Group’s corporate communications vision from Türkiye holding headquarters.
• Establish consistent tone, messaging, and framework across 37 companies in 21 countries.
• Advise Board and senior management; manage media relations and crisis communications.
• Prepare speeches, statements, and briefings; support investor, media, and regulatory communications.
• Oversee corporate website, social media, and digital content; ensure alignment with standards.
