Job summary

İGA Istanbul Airport is seeking a talented Compensation & Benefits Sr. Specialist to help shape and sustain our total rewards framework. You will benchmark market, design salary bands, and support annual salary reviews and bonus planning while managing diverse employee benefits.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR leadership, analyze data, and drive improvements across HRIS systems such as SAP, with strong Excel skills. Proficiency in English is essential in this global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields is required.
• Minimum 5 years in compensation & benefits in large or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation, market pricing, and total rewards systems.
• Excellent analytical mindset, data-driven thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building a fair, competitive, and sustainable compensation & benefits framework aligned with strategy and EVP.
• Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation studies; design and maintain salary bands.
• Support annual salary reviews, performance-based pay, and bonus planning processes.
• Manage and improve benefit programs (health, retirement, voluntary benefits) with stakeholders.
• Analyze and report compensation & benefits data; provide insights to Finance and HR leadership.
• Participate in process improvement and data integration projects using HRIS, SAP, and advanced Excel.
• Support internal communication and change management to explain total rewards philosophy.
