Job summary

Sailglobal is hiring for a high-impact Global Support Hub role in Istanbul. You will resolve complex hybrid cloud incidents, influence product strategy with R&D, and design HA/DR solutions for Fortune 500 clients across EMEA and beyond.

We seek 3–5+ years in Cloud/DevOps, Linux/Windows networking, and IaC with Docker/Kubernetes. Strong English is required; Turkish is highly preferred for local collaboration and additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (IaaS/PaaS), DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Deep expertise in Linux/Windows kernel tuning and advanced networking (VPC, BGP, Load Balancing, SD-WAN).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ability to lead high-stakes technical bridges and explain issues to client CTOs and engineering directors during outages.

Responsibilities

• Act as final escalation authority for complex hybrid cloud architectures and lead troubleshooting of P0/P1 incidents.
• Influence global product roadmap by identifying systemic platform flaws and providing deep-dive technical insights to R&D teams.
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits for Key Accounts and design HA/DR strategies to prevent disruptions.
• Apply an SRE mindset to automate repetitive tasks and build internal tooling to improve global team efficiency.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Mission-Critical Resolution: Act as the final escalation authority for complex hybrid cloud architectures. You will lead the technical charge on critical P0/P1 incident troubleshooting and system recovery.
• Architectural Influence: Bridge the gap between enterprise customers and core R&D teams. You will identify systemic platform flaws and provide deep-dive technical insights to directly influence our global product roadmap.
• Proactive Strategy: Conduct comprehensive technical audits for Key Accounts, designing High-Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to prevent disruptions before they happen.
• Automation-First Operations: Apply an SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) mindset to eliminate toil. You will automate repetitive tasks and build internal tooling using Python, Go, or Shell to optimize global team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (IaaS/PaaS), DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Infrastructure Mastery: Deep, foundational expertise in Linux/Windows kernel tuning and advanced networking protocols (VPC, BGP, Load Balancing, SD-WAN).
• Modern Tech Stack: Strong proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Crisis Technical Leadership: Exceptional composure and communication skills. You can confidently lead high-stakes technical bridges and explain complex issues to client CTOs and engineering directors during outages.
• Language Skills: Professional English proficiency is required. Fluency in Turkish is highly preferred for local collaboration, and additional fluency in Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is a major asset for our regional pods.
• Preferred Certifications: Professional-level cloud certifications (e.g., ACP/ACE, AWS Professional, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect).
