Job summary

Call Center Studio is seeking a Project Lead to manage and deliver customer implementation and integration projects across international markets, ensuring successful onboarding and sustained adoption of our CCaaS platform for customers worldwide.

You will lead project teams, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to meet client requirements while maintaining proactive communication and high satisfaction across glob al deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in project management, technical implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Preferable experience in CCaaS, contact center, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, for international client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of international projects including installation, configuration and post-install support; manage change requests.
• Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering to ensure seamless handover and delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with international clients throughout project lifecycle; act as primary escalation point.
• Analyze customer needs and provide guidance to optimize operations using CCS CCaaS solutions.
• Ensure projects are commissioned on time and to quality standards; manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead meetings to identify risks, propose improvements, and drive process optimization.
• Provide progress and outcome reports to senior management on project status and customer health.
• Understand customer requirements and act as consultant in Call Center operations.
