Job summary

Ozeol seeks an International Buyer to manage product families and supplier portfolios, sourcing and selecting international suppliers aligned with the company’s purchasing strategy. You will negotiate contracts to meet cost, lead time, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities include market prospecting for overstocks, negotiating terms, and ensuring proper order documentation. Strong English skills are essential, with French as a welcome asset. A dynamic, global team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commercial, Procurement management, or related field.
• Proven track record in purchasing and negotiation or trading is highly encouraged.
• Experience in International Buying, International Purchasing, or Supplier Negotiation within similar product is valued.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Fluent English; French skill is a strong asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and purchase overstocks, liquidations, and unsold goods on the international market.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and prices to secure favorable terms.
• Follow up on orders and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
• Utilize internal software and office resources effectively.
• Manage claims and disputes with customers and vendors.
• Maintain frequent communication with managers and support staff.
• Meet qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.
