Job summary

Siemens Turkey is seeking a seasoned SCADA engineer to contribute to the digital transformation across industries. You will develop and support SCADA applications with a focus on reliability, performance, and UX, while coordinating with customers through project lifecycles.

You will work with SIMATIC WinCC and related tools, engage in IT/OT integration, and participate in updates, migrations, and trainings for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in industrial automation and SCADA engineering.
• Excellent command of English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SCADA applications with reliability and performance in mind.
• Plan, track, and manage project progress and milestones with customers.
• Test crane products and SCADA solutions focusing on UI/UX quality.
• Translate requirements into delivery-ready solutions using field feedback.
• Coordinate with customers and partners from design to handover.
• Plan upgrades/migrations, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption.
• Integrate SCADA with in-house and 3rd-party systems using industrial protocols.
• Address IT/OT integration and cybersecurity needs within projects.
• Provide hotline, remote, and on-site support worldwide; deliver trainings.
• Support pre-sales through feasibility studies, configurations, and demos.
