• Drive recruiting coordination for Gaming TA, focusing on Türkiye and Europe
• Manage candidate applications and responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers
• Conduct pre-qualifications for gaming positions
• Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
• Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
• Ensure top-notch candidates experience with consistent communication and positive employer brand

Role

• Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the Gaming TA team, focusing on Türkiye but also the rest of the team in Europe
• Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers
• Conduct pre-qualifications for some specific gaming positions
• Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
• Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
• Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle

Profile

• Available asap or from January for a 6 months internship
• A first experience in recruitment/HR
• Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
• Great analytical and organisational skills
• Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English. Able to engage candidates locally and collaborate seamlessly with a global team.
